Price matching can give consumers an edge when shopping over the holidays, but not every retailer offers a price match guarantee. Even those who do offer it will adhere to different policies, and some won't honor those policies at all during Black Friday weekend. We've gathered a few tips you should keep in mind when shopping this holiday season, as well as a couple merchants who offer the best policies for Black Friday.

RadioShack offers the 15.9-oz. HP TouchPad 9.7" 16GB Touchscreen WebOS Internet Tablet, model no. FB355UA#ABA, for $399.99. Add it to your cart to drop it to $349.99. Shipping adds $6.05, or opt for free Ship-to-Store. Even with shipping, that's the lowest total price we could find by $14. (We saw it at this price point with free shipping last week, since expired.) Sales tax is added where applicable. This WiFi-only model features a Qualcomm Snapdragon APQ8060 1GHz dual-core processor, 9.7" 1024x768 LED-backlit multi-touch display, HP WebOS 3.0, 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera, video capture, Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR, 802.11n wireless, MP3 player, 16GB internal storage, and more.

Update: Coupon code "AFF25250APR" further cuts it to $324.99. With $6.05 for shipping, that's an all-time price low.

A reader notes that RadioShack retail stores offer the Canon PowerShot SD1300 IS 12.1-Megapixel Digital Camera in Silver for $69.97. That's the lowest total price we've ever seen for this camera in any color by $19. (It's also a current price low by $69.) Sales tax is added where applicable. Of note, RadioShack has it for four cents more, although sales tax is added where applicable.
